CANCELLATIONS, NON-REFUNDABLE BOOKING FEES AND NO-SHOWS
In order to book your appointment, I may require your card details for a non-returnable booking fee to be taken at the time of booking. Your details are not kept by the salon and put straight into card reader at the time of taking them.
Currently I do not capture card details at the time of booking as I do not have an online booking system however this may change in the future.
Appointment reminders are sent out prior to your treatment.
Time is precious, especially in these challenging times. I respectfully request 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Any less than than this, I reserve the right to ask for a late cancellation charge of up to 50% of the appointment cost (100% if less than 24 hours notice given)
If you do not show up to your appointment and haven't contacted myself, if you require any future appointments, these will need payment in advance.
Please attend your appoinment on your own, I like children but not in my place of work and my insurance does not cover me for any damage to my property or injury to extra guests.
LATENESS
Please let me know if you are going to be late for an appointment. I may be able to allow for a few minutes, however I may have clients after your appointment. If you are more than 15minutes late, i may cancel your appointment and apply the above terms as a no show or need to reduce your treatment time. Repeated no shows/lateness may result in no further bookings.
PROPERTY, LOSS AND DAMAGE
It is your responsibility as the owner to take care of any property you bring into the salon. I take no responsibiltiy for any property which is lost or damaged unless it is damaged by a member of staff due to carelessness. Anything left in the salon will be held for 4 weeks, I will do my best to contact you to retrieve your property.
